Had a really nice one night’s stay at the hotel. The room was really nice with a firm bed, great shower and bath, and a complimentary bottle of wine. Our neighbours came back after midnight and woke us up, but the staff were helpful when we called the front and next door quietened down soon after. We had breakfast included in the booking, but I was a little confused when they started explaining prices to us. Fortunately it wasn’t anything to worry about and we were able to order the omelette and tuna crepe breakfasts which were more than enough for us. My wife was able to request maternity and allergy provisions with no problems and the staff were very helpful.

The food was delicious. I had the seasonal fish. The textures met nicely, and the sauce added very well to the flavor of the ingredients. The dessert was visually fun, and with the free tea refills very enjoyable. The service was friendly, chatted with us just the right amount, wasn't intrusive yet made us feel welcome.

Loved this hotel bc the staff were super friendly! We traveled with our one year old and everyone would smile and play with him. Rooms - We upgraded our room so it was spacious. Not sure on size of other rooms. Amenities - Gym is nice and clean, great when adjusting to time change. Restaurant - only ordered room service once and it was delicious. Regretted we didn’t go down for full dining. Location - Lots or restaurants. Also close to park with large clean playground. Overall highly recommend and would go back!

This is the best Kimpton we’ve stayed at. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Shinjuku station (only a tad inconvenient if walking with luggage but not bad). The interior design was in keeping with the trendy boutique vibes of Kimpton properties. The rooms were clean and spacious. The main restaurant served an amazing breakfast. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Social hour had many options. Staying at this hotel was one of our main highlights in Tokyo. Highly recommend!

Exceptional hotel. Front of house service very attentive, the rooms were beautiful and well appointed and the dining experience was really impressive. The general manager of hospitality, Antoine Yoshida was a stand out. Would definitely come back again.

A very interesting cocktail menu. I got a 2 gin based cocktails with one of them an old fashioned but with gin as it’s base. The other cocktail was called “need to calm down” which was sour and sweet and very refreshing. Need 4 of these to calm down after a long day. Look for Denise who is high energy and super friendly and get the best bar experience.

This is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are well designed to be efficient, airy, and bright. The staff is super friendly and helpful and you can chat with many of them during their social hour. We reserved with breakfast included and they are the best breakfasts ever. The avocado toast is to die for. If you choose the Japanese breakfast set, the rice is the best rice I've ever tasted. The location is convenient to the Shinjuku station and all the shopping and dining around there.

Really like the 86 bar especially Koki!!! He is so nice and patient to listen to my drinking preferences and give the best recommendations. Denneys is also nice :) had nice days here. …
